Brooklyn Campus Style is the first part of this collaborative international project. Brooklyn College students working in teams compiled images of style on the Brooklyn College campus

Brooklyn Campus Style Student Focus is the second part of this project where Brooklyn College students interviewed students on campus about their style choices

International Fashion and Location Project: Brooklyn College, University of South Wales, RMIT (Melbourne) and AMFI (Amsterdam)

ImageFaculty at Brooklyn College, the University of Hyderabad, the University of South Wales, RMIT and AMFI are collaborating with their students on a project focused on fashion identities in different cities.  Adam Mulero, president of Brooklyn College’s Fashion Marketing club has created a Pinterest page of the Fashion Marketing students’ photographs on campus.  In Spring 2014 Students at Brooklyn College observed styles on campus and conducted interviews to find out whether there is a certain Brooklyn College style. They also looked at styles in different Brooklyn neighborhoods. Students from Brooklyn College, the University of South Wales, RMIT and AMFI (see below for more details) worked independently then collaborated, sharing ideas and learning from one another.

Setting Table in the South Bronx

Lizzette works with the Parkchester Community Supported Agriculture program, bringing fresh vegetables to residents of the Parkchester section in the Bronx.  Her work was also the subject of her final research project in my class at Brooklyn College in the School of Business.
